I was bored and decided to do a little step by step/tutorial kind of thing. I love reading tutorials or walkthorughs by other people so why not try it myself. Its very basic from shortcuts to blending or painting feathers and wings and fabric.
I used my heavenly waters paiting for most ilustration, some are done just for this tutorial.

EDIT: i changed the tut abit and added more detail at some points. OK done!!! i will never ever edit it again lol:D

thank you :) sorry for the late reply (holidays :) ) i think i just desaturated (in Image->adjustments-> desaturate) the dress layer and then played with brithness and contrast until i liked it.
